It's a movement that began in mid-July with "quiet messages on the Internet," reports Le Soir . But as the summer progressed, the call to block everything in France by September 10th became a real political phenomenon. Because for François Bayrou , as for Emmanuel Macron , the creation of the "Block Everything" movement conjures up the unpleasant specter of the "yellow vest " crisis of 2018-2019.
